Overlooking the famous Seaton Sluice Harbour, "the King's" enjoys a beautiful location on the Northumberland coast. We are proud to be a traditional pub - clean, tidy & warm  - no SKY/BT Sports, no fruit machines, no Jukebox and no TV.

 

With, according to our customers, "some of the best toilets in the North East" we are worth a visit just to look out of the toilet windows alone!

 

Complete with a heated & sheltered rear garden customers are able to sit back, relax and enjoy a cosy atmosphere, real log fires and traditional home cooked food.

 

In the summer, you can enjoy the sun all day on our pleasant front grassed area whilst you take in the delightful views (all the way to the Cheviots)

of an area steeped in history and intrigue!

UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO SPACE ISSUES AND FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL OUR GUESTS DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PUB DURING FOOD SERVICE TIMES BUT ARE ALLOWED IN AT ALL OTHER TIMES. APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
 
HOWEVER, WEATHER PERMITTING, DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT THE OUTSIDE TABLES & IN THE BEER GARDEN DURING FOOD SERVICE.
